Vi kan producera alla typer av formgjuta silikonprodukter, allt från små enkla till stora komplicerade detaljer.

Silikon har kapaciteten att blandas/sammanfogas med andra material som tex: metaller, epoxy resin, plaster, koppar, Keramer, fabric…
Overmolded angles avoid the splicing technology and present a perfect surface aspect.

Extruderade produkter

Silikonprofiler i hårdhetsgrader från 20 upp till 80º Shore, i temperaturintervall från - 60 till +250ºC, dessutom som silikonskum.

We work on the shape definition (tubular, lips) to answer a function of watertightness and estheticism thanks to hardness formulations between 20 and 80 Shore A. Besides, we offer all forms and cross sections (from 1 to 1200 mm²) and many colours (R.A.L., Pantone, N.C.S....).

Besides, we have specific formulations:

Fire resistance (Classification M)
Oxygen index, test to the incandescent thread (Classification I)
Smoke opacity, gas toxicity (Classification F)
European tests (Euro classes)
UL 94

Co extrusion: We master all the kinds of co extrusion (dual durometer from 40 to 80 Shore A, conductive, insulating, with glass cord).
Tubing: From 0, 2 x 0, 3 mm to 55 x 65 mm. Tight tolerance tubing without micro-bubbles.
Foam: Rectangular and solid single shapes. Specific gravity from 0, 35 to 0, 9. Specific formulations Fire – Flammability – Toxicity, food grade.
Coating: Anti-friction, anti-microbic, anti-static, anti-dust.
Silicone Printing: Traceability will be assured all through the life of the product.

Adhesive Profile

We offer you silicone products on which it is put a two-sided adhesive that permits an easy positioning on the support and avoids the use of glue (it is also feasible on compact or cellular product by selective cut).

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is designed to produce silicone rubber parts more efficiently and economically. These two-part pumpable silicone materials are mixed and rapidly heat-cured to form elastomer rubber components. Curing is often complete in as little as a few seconds at temperatures of about 200°C and post-curing is not usually required.

LSR offers many advantages:
